About our home

Hi and thank you for stopping by my page!

I bought my apartment brand new in May 2020 and have happily lived here since.

The flat is located in London zone 2, next to Finsbury Park underground station. You can see from the pictures that the entrance to the station is visible from my balcony. Although the flat is very close to a train/tube station and busy street, it is quiet since the windows are soundproof.
Finsbury Park is a 5-minute tube journey to Kings Cross /St Pancras station where you can catch a train to many cities in the UK, Eurostar to Paris (2.h.25m) or 10 min tube journey to Oxford Street for shopping, West End for a musical or Soho to feel free. Next to the flat and opposite the balcony is a brand new and hip Picturehouse cinema. One minute walk from the flat is local and also very hip Park Theatre.

The development includes Honest Burger restaurant (trendy and excellent burger place), Lean Burger restaurant (for veggies). Less than a 5-minute walk from the flat is Stroud Green Road, with several excellent restaurants. Finsbury Park park is 2 minutes walk away.

Bedroom: The bedroom has 60s vintage mid-century sideboard and bedside tables. Handmade bedside lamps and original artwork by Guliano Grittini and me! The bed is solid oak wood with king size Emma medium hardness mattress (absolutely excellent!).

Living room: The living room also carries a note of mid-century modern with original Ercol chairs and a 2.32m long sofa by Heal's (could be used for sleeping for a third person). There is a very comfortable office chair that blends into the interior. The TV is 40" smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Kitchen: The kitchen has all needed for cooking, such as an electric mixer, food processor, and utensils. There is also an espresso presse and steamer to make espressos, lattes, or cappuccinos. Alternatively, there is a Starbucks opposite the building, as well as Boulangerie cafe and Gail's. The kitchen would come with a sourdough starter if you were into baking.

Bathroom: The bathroom is large, spacious, and clean without any mold.
The building is secure and safe. There is no free parking included, but parking space is available for £3 an hour behind the building.
I love my apartment, but I also love traveling, so if you feel like this could be for you, then mi casa su casa.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
