About our home

This is our second home. It is a fully furnished, light, roomy, modernised 2 bedroom apartment with one queen-sized bed in each bedroom. We are on the second floor (only 3 apartments in the building) up a short flight of stairs. It is situated right in the heart of beautiful, historical Hampstead, London. The tube station (Northern Line) is just 300 yards from the front door and 2 buses stop right outside. Less than 5 minutes walk is the wonderful Hampstead Heath - a large area of rural England in the heart of the city! Everything is at your door step! The front room windows all have double glazing so it is quiet and peaceful within.

More about us

  1. We are Geraldine and Mark, a married couple (two adult children live interstate). We are both very active, semi-retired professionals (academic and publisher) and enjoy travelling for 3-4 months every year for professional, family and cultural reasons. The apartment is our second home in England as we live the rest of the time in Adelaide, Australia. We are looking for exchanges of shorter duration to start with ( about 2- 3 weeks)
