About our home

LOOKING for an exchange in Auckland New Zealand for 2012.We would like to travel mid-February to the end of March.
Our daughter & husband will be on a 12 month company sekondment & we would love to visit & see New Zealand at the same time.

We have tried to make our home both comfortable & stylish, with everything you would need for a wonderful stay in our beautiful town of Harrogate.
The property is a ground floor apartment in a converted Victorian House, with high ceilings & lots of original features.
We have everything to make your visit unforgettable.

More about us

  1. We are Lynda & Ted, a retired couple who spent many years travelling the world after giving up the rat race. Initially we back-packed through South East Asia for 3 months every year, but then found Home Exchange. We have had successful exchanges in Australia & Canada (references available)& although Ted is now partially disabled,we see no reason why this should curb our love of travelling.

The Yorkshire Dales are on our doorstep, with lots of quaint villages and beautiful countryside. The ancient city of York is a mere 45 minutes drive & further afield(within 2 hours) are the East Coast seaside resorts Yorkshire & Northumbria.
