Situated in the leafy suburb of Mytholmroyd village a mile from popular tourist town Hebden Bridge - home to many festivals, The Trades Club gig venue and winner of Best Independent High Street Awards in 2017.

Situated minutes away from miles of countryside a ten minutes walk away in every direction, Route 66 cycle route a 5 minute walk away, the canal and the river a five minute walk away. The Calder Valley is on the Pennine Way and is part of the Tour de Yorkshire route, this area is hugely popular with walkers, cyclists and mountain bikers.

Two train stations within a fifteen minute walk with access to big cities Leeds and manchester both 40 minutes ride away if you wanted to hit some serious shopping, gigs and even more culture.

  1. We are Rebecca and Graeme, with 4 children Eleanor 15, Grace 14, Alex 12 and Lizzie 8.

  2. Rebecca works in TV and Graeme works in management leadership and is a mountaineer
