“Great location in a nice and safe location of London and very comfortable for all of our family. Louise kindly arranged toys and books to entertain our kids. And was very helpful when we had any questions.”
“We had a perfectly wonderful time. The house is so well located. We were near to a tube station that whisked us to all the famous London sights. The house is perfect for families. There are lots of comfortable beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had large family dinners there every night of our stay. There are restaurants and pubs near-by, but we preferred to walk to the supermarket and pick up "bangers" and savory pies and other typical English foods. The street outside is quiet and the area very pleasant. The wi-fi is fast. Louise answers questions promptly and cheerfully. We really had a most superb stay. This home is highly recommended. ”
“We had a wonderful time staying in the house. I have lived in different parts of London but never in Hampstead and was very happy with the location. Nice to get to know a new area, very accessible (only a short walk to the tube), we walked to Hampstead over the heath enjoying the city view. I would like to come back and explore the area further. It's very central and still quite. The house is spacious, we were seven people and we all had nice bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. The only thing to think about is that the stairs down to the kitchen are quite steep if one has problems with stairs. Louise gave us lots of tips and responded to our questions in no time. A great place to stay and the best location:) Can be highly recommended!”
“It was a pleasure to swap with Louise for a week. Her family home in Hampstead is lovely and it was fun to stay in a part of London I didn't know as well as I used to live in a different area. Literally minutes' walk to Hampstead Heath as well as shops and tube station, it was really easy. Communication with Louise before and throughout our swap was super easy and stress-free, and she was lovely to interact with. They treated my place as their own and left it in clean condition...happy to swap again anytime!”
“We loved our swap with Louise's family. The home is great - really spacious and very handy for both central London and Hampstead Heath and with everything you'd need and it's a lovely, calm, green area - but with plenty of good facilities nearby such as restaurants, delis, playparks, tennis courts... We had a fantastic week in London and would love to return. Louise was really organised, helpful and responsive - would have been nice to meet her!”
“Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property, we had one of the best holidays of our lives visiting the UK capitol. I would whole hearted recommend Louise home to anyone who would like to visit London. The house was just as predicted in the photos and a joy to stay in for kids and adults alike. Top score to the location, public transport is amazing and cheap, especially if you get an Oyster Card in advance, no need for the car. One of the best things about this place was that it was a very short walking distance to Hampstead Heath. A lovely park with plenty of things for the kids to see and do. You can spend a fortune or stick to the many free and great things London has to offer, lots of local shops and pubs on the high street serving great food all day long. Shop where the locals go, even takeaways are of a high standard. My favourite part was visiting Diana’s Memorial Park, not sure what I think of the “fountain” but the children have turned it into a glorious happy place, a paddling pool filled with fun and laughter which our princess would have loved. ”
“We had a wonderful time in the house and to London. Very well located and nice neighborhood. The house was huge and very peaceful and useful with all accommodations. Love to come back again. Louise was very friendly and good communication as we needed. Many thanks for this great swap.”
“Louise and her family are wonderful hosts and the most lovely people! They made sure we had a comprehensive guide of the house and were very communicative and welcoming. The property is a grand Victorian home on 4 floors, with a large garden on one of the nicest streets in North Kentish town. It is a very comfortable family home with all the amenities a family needs. It is 5 min from the Heath, the overground , the underground. With an excellent local community feel. It's really calm and quiet, if you are looking for a lovely North London villagey experience. It's the best holiday home experience we could have asked for. We would recommend them any day :) ”
