The delightful village of Hollingbourne, with its traditional houses and fine pubs, lies below at the foot of a leafy hill. Situated on the Pilgrims' Way and steeped in local history. You can enjoy walking in the varying local landscapes, strolling along the Kent Downs, enjoying the fine views across the 'Garden of England' or rambling through the large local woodlands.

You can explore neighbouring Leeds Castle 'The most beautiful castle in the world' (3 miles), Sissinghurst, Knole, Chartwell, Dover Castle, Canterbury and Dickens' Rochester. You might take a day trip to France, or do the sights of London by train from the local station. There are also lots of fun places to keep the kids entertained including local steam trains, Howletts and Port Lympne animal parks, Diggerland, Farming World, Leeds Castle and Chatham Historic Dockyard.
