About our home

Our quaint Victorian cottage is a holiday home in Horning, one of the prettiest riverside villages in the Norfolk Broads.
Our cottage has been recently refurbished and has an open plan lounge, well equipped kitchen and dining area.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms. The front bedroom has views over the river and the rear bedroom opens onto a secluded patio which is a sheltered sun trap.
There is a downstairs bathroom. Outside there is off road parking.
Horning has 3 riverside pubs and several good restaurants plus traditional village shops and a delicatessen.
You can easily hire a day boat in the village, take a trip on a paddle steamer or explore the Broads on foot, by bike or by canoe.
Miles of sandy beaches and a seal colony are just 9 miles away as is the historic city of Norwich.
A short drive will take you to several stately homes, beautiful gardens and the seaside towns of Cromer and Great Yarmouth.
