About our home

We have a modern, comfortable and clean family home that is fabulously located within the vibrant city of Brighton & Hove, on the Sussex south coast. Less than an hour to London by train and surrounded by both beach and the beautiful countryside of The South Downs, Brighton is a cosmopolitan, cultural town with a plethora of amazing restaurants and cafes aswell as well as unique shops and a fascinating local history.
Aswell as being a fantastic destination for families, it is also very popular with weekenders, couples, solo travellers etc - not many visitors are disappointed! We have a well kept home and one pet cat who likes to snuggle a lot, goes in and out as she pleases and is pretty quiet - so shouldnt be any bother! Our home comprises 3 double bedrooms, 1 double made up as a little kids bedroom with single cotbed and additionally we have a second lounge that has a sofabed which can also sleep 2 if need be. Sleeps 8-10 on that basis. We have a large family bathroom with both bath and shower aswell as a separate downstairs WC. We love our home and hope to share the love with some of you too!

Neighbourhood

We are on a quiet leafy street 20 minutes walk from hove train station (mainline to London etc) and a couple minutes from a bus stop which will take you into Brighton centre and beyond (10/15 mins journey). Within walking distance we have a great park, Hove Park, which is 10 mins walk and within 10 mins heading south you can get to Portland road, with many cafes, restaurants, gastro pubs etc in a very family friendly area. Our local pub is only 5/7 minutes walk and is one of the most popular pubs in Hove - The George Payne. Only 20 minutes walk south and you hit the beach! you can even walk into central Brighton in 40 minutes, if you like walking like me! In conclusion our neighbourhood is very family orientated - with great pubs, parks and sea...all within very easy walking distance. We live in a safe area and have a good relationship with our neighbours.
