Stade Cottage is the perfect base for those keen to explore the local area, which has so much to offer – from beautiful coastal scenery, to lots of family attractions and busy seaside town centres.
Situated 60 seconds walk to the gorgeous Hythe seafront, with its lovely promenade guaranteed to blow away the cobwebs - and less than 10 minutes’ walk into Hythe town centre, with its vibrant, busy High Street offering an array of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. The Royal Military Canal runs through Hythe and is a few minutes’ walk from Stade Cottage – it makes for a beautiful alternative to the sea front.
The Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway, opened in 1928 is one of Kent’s top attractions, along with Port Lympne Zoo – both offering fantastic family friendly days out. Less than 30 minutes by car is the Ashford McArthur Glen Designer Outlet offering fantastic discounts on great brands.
Hythe is a 10 minute drive from the M20 motorway at junction 11, giving you quick and easy access to the whole of the Kent, and up towards the M25 and London.
Stade Cottage is easily accessible. It is 10 minutes from junction 11 of the M20 motorway out of London, and has several stations offering direct links into Central London within a few miles drive.
