Spacious and charming first floor Victorian apartment located in a preservation area in the centre of London - Zone 1. Recently renovated, the apartment is comfortably furnished and has a great view overlooking the local park - Percy Circus.

The apartment is situated in a quiet setting but it's also central and any of London's attractions are within walking distance or a couple of stops on the. tube (metro). Nearby attractions include the British Museum, British Library, Tate Modern, Tower Bridge, The National Gallery, Royal Academy of Art.... etc. Rain or shine, it's the perfect location for those interested in exploring this wonderful city.

King's Cross is a great location for longer day trips to Brighton (1 hour train), Cambridge (1 hour train) and Paris (2.5 hours - Eurostar)

Nearby Granary Square is a vibrant cultural hub and has some fantastic places to eat, shop and relax.

Located in a quiet setting in the centre of London near London Kings Cross - Zone 1. The apartment is only 5-10 minutes walk from some of the coolest restaurants and bars. The local architecture is fascinating and the area has been regenerated creating a vibrant cultural hub. Past local residents included Lenin and Charles Dickens!

Easy access to West End, for theatres and museums. Perfect location for exploring London on foot or by public transport. 10 minutes walk from Eurostar.

The apartment is listed as historical building and is situated on one of the few surviving crescents in London. The front of the apartment has a small public park, the back has views over gardens.

Day tripping
The historical seaside town of Brighton and university town of Cambridge are approximately one hour from King's Cross and make great day trips!
