Our studio apartment is light and airy. It is a few steps from the beach in the lovely Cornish villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. There are many cafes, pubs and shops. The bay is sheltered and surrounded by lovely countryside, woodland and coastal walking.
“What a lovely place to stay for a long weekend. Fantastic position, literally right by the sea and Kingsand beach. We visited a couple of great local pubs and cafes and found Kate's place to be in the perfect spot for walks on the South West coastal path. The apartment was lovely, super clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Easy swap to arrange - would love to return for longer next time. ”

We are a couple with four grown up children.
Padraig is a semi retired Vet and Kate is a retired teaching assistant.
We love the sea, swimming , walking, nature and good coffee.
Set in the heart of the twin fishing villages our apartment has pubs cafes and shops a short stroll away. The beaches are lovely just a few steps from the door and great swimming in the bay which is well sheltered from the prevailing westerlies. There is marvellous coastal walking from the door.
We have many points accumulated which we have not been able to spend during the COVID period, so we will be spending those before taking more swap requests,...
