About our home

An exclusive apartment with all the home comforts – Kingsbridge Devon

Relax in our modern and bright apartment; watch the yachts and boats sailing the Kingsbridge Estuary from the comfort of your lounge, or sit on the balcony and take in the smells and sights of this delightful seaside town (English cream teas, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance). Our newly built 3 bedroomed 2 bathroom apartment is stylishly furnished but with comfort in mind. It also has a private underground car park, and as it is on the first floor it even has a lift to get you there!

There is so much to do here:

If you are like to walk, I cannot tell you how breath-taking the scenery and coastal walks are here (we have traveled the world and there is nowhere quite like it). You can also take a five minute ferry ride from opposite the apartment into Salcombe (affectionately known as the British Riviera). For anyone wishing to swap we can provide you with endless lists of where to go to entertain the young and old, and if you are somewhere in-between how about a visit to an English vineyard on the banks of the beautiful river Dart! For those wishing to get to know a beautiful and traditional part of England with fishing villages, historic Dartmouth and stunning beaches galore - get excited this is for you!!!
