About our home

Our modern end of terrace town house was built in 2001. It has high ceilings and sash windows and has a sunny conservatory opening onto a courtyard garden. There are two ensuite double bedrooms on the first floor plus a single room, and two further double bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor. On the ground floor there is a large lounge with satellite TV, downstairs cloakroom, a large eat-in kitchen leading onto the conservatory, which also has a double sofa bed.
As this is a family home, there are lots of toys and equipment for young children including garden play equipment.
The house is on the edge of the Surrey Hills just down the road from Box Hill where the London Olympic Cycling Road Race took place and is ideal for cycling, walks and visits to local National Trust properties.
London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports are both 40 minute journeys by car.
