Nearest town is Leominster which has all you would expect of a town.We are on the edge of the Black and White village trail and you can easily visit many locations from here. Ludlow,Hereford, Cardiff, Brecon,Offas Dyke,Birmingham,Shrewsbury etc.There is a local airfield should you wish to fly as a hobby.
Fishing can be done at the Carp lake you can see from the cottage. Only a day ticket is needed.
We have bikes, golf clubs,trampoline etc for children and also all the usual electic gadgets ie playstation, xbox etc.
We live on the edge of a typical english village. Quiet, friendly with loads to do locally especially outdoors.Plenty of fresh air and stunning views of the countryside.
The local post office is the hub of the village and the pub is well visited. To really enjoy the area a car is must as there is local transport but not regular enough. Plenty of sports facilities locally and swimming,tennis, gym swimmimg pool etc just 5 miles down the road in Presteigne.(over the welsh border).
We are a professional couple (police force) with 2 boys aged 11 and 14 who are well travelled and well behaved.We will treat your home as we would expect ours to be treated.We have home swapped before several times to Australia. We are looking for offers open to destination for summer 2008 for about 2/3/weeks.
