About our home

We have created a ground floor apartment in our three storey Victorian house, which we use for holiday exchanges. The apartment is entered through an Oak floored beamed porch, which overlooks a pretty garden with summerhouse and laundry room .From the porch you enter a glass conservatory/ dining room. Off the conservatory is a modern kitchen with mains gas cooker and a separate entrance to the lounge. The lounge has a large 'L' shape settee and TV. The shower room/toilet is off the kitchen. The bedroom is at the front of the property and has a large bay window, King size bed, television and fitted wardrobes. In addition there is en-suite consisting of toilet and hand basin. The property is comfortably furnished, traditionally and has many paintings. We also have listed a Cyprus property in Paphos for exchange.

More about us

  1. Hi, we are Rog and Margie two retired Brits from North Wales, who have four children and eight grandchildren who all live in various parts of Great Britain. We have two properties listed Cyprus about Llandudno North Wales. Fourteen years ago we bought our second home in Cyprus and spend our time between the two houses. Simultaneous and non simultaneous exchanges can be considered. We spend about eight months of the year in Cyprus, three months in the UK and about a month a year exchanging and holidaying. We have successfully completed many exchanges and believe the scheme to be excellent. We mostly travel as a couple but sometimes with our good friends who are also a retired couple.

Where is it?

Llanduno is a pretty holiday town on the North Wales coast. It has been called on several occasions Britain's best preserved Victorian seaside resort. The town's crescent shaped seafront with imposing Victorian hotels sits between two Mountains 'The great Orme' and 'The little Orme'. Our property is a five minute walk from two beaches, busy shopping, restaurants and bars and all the modern facilities expected of a quality resort. For the golf enthusiast the area has 4 golf courses all within a 15 minute drive. The ancient town of Conwy with it's Castle ,quaint harbour and streets is only a 10 minute drive away. Beautiful Betws-y-Coed is a 30 minute drive away and the gateway to the glorious Snowdonia National Park. Llandudno can be accessed by train. The station is a 10 miute walk from the house. If you arrive by car the town has easy access to the A55 North Wales Chester corridor and is one and a half hours from both Manchester and Liverpool Airports.
