About our home

3-storey Victorian House with the feel of a large apartment in an attractive crescent adjacent to a lovely small park, in hip central south London area. Just around the corner is a long, buzzy high street with cafes, bars, delis, independent shops, a Saturday street market and unrestricted car parking. The house is newly refurbished with spacious lounge, large kitchen/dining-room, bath/shower-room, bath/wet room and mature garden. There are two double bedrooms and an office/bedroom 3. Inner London (Zone 2) - the station is 2 minutes' walk away (10 mins' ride to London Bridge) and regular buses from the end of the street take you to all parts of the west end, the city, Shoreditch, Brixton within half an hour (as little as 15 mins in a car). Available for simultaneous or non simultaneous exchange. Rental considered.
