About our home

A larger than average 1 bed, ground floor apartment within a 5 minute walk to Archway tube station on the Northern Line (Zone 2) and a short walk to Crouch End, Highgate and Hampstead Heath. The immaculate property benefits from a modern fitted kitchen consisting of granite work tops, a range of wall and base units incorporating an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, with french doors leading to a decked garden. The luxurious bathroom suite has the added advantage of a walk-in shower and under floor heating. The property is very well situated also to explore outside of London.

More about us

  1. We are a young (well early 30's!) professional couple who enjoy all that London offers. We have been living in London (Archway) for 8 years and have been in our current flat for 4 of those. We enjoy travelling to various places in the world and therefore thought that a house swap would be a good way to experience different cultures.

Neighbourhood

Archway is an Urban hub situated very close to the expansive Hampstead Heath, the boutiques of Crouch End and Islington's Upper Street and the village of Highgate. There are excellent bus connections to London's West End and City and also is on the Northern Line for quick access to central London.
