About our home

Our home is a loft conversion in a beautiful Victorian school building. It has high ceiling (4.2 meter) which allowed us to put up a gallery (mezzanine floor). It has two big arched windows so its full of natural light and feels spacious and airy. On the ground level is the open-plan living space with a brand new modern kitchen, large dining table and a living-room with hi-fi, and a 50" plasma-screen tv. There is also a bathroom/toilet. On the gallery area are the two bedrooms, one is a children room with bunk beds and a single bed, and lots of toys, books etc, and the other is our bedroom with shower/toilet en-suit. There is a sofa-bed in the living-room which can sleep 2 extra people.
The building has its own private parking and communal garden. It is well maintained and secured (access through a gate for residents only). We are a short bus ride from the west-end, and very near the south-bank with its theatres, concert halls and the beautiful river walks. We are close to the new Tate Modern and the Globe theatre, and a walking distance from the famous and fabulous Borough Market.
