About our home

AVAILABLE ON A POINTS BASIS 1-10TH APRIL 2017

Our much loved home was built in the 1930's by a renowned local master builder, Ted Christmas and has been restored into what we think is a kid friendly and comfortable pad. We have a fantastic garden complete with greenhouse and maze. We live in a cul-de-sac with a park and children's playground at the end of the road. We are about 7 mins walk from Forest Hill station, which has both mainline and London Overground connections into London - London Bridge, trendy Shoreditch and Islington are all within easy reach! A number of very cool eateries and pubs are within easy walking distance. We're also happy to make any arrangements like grocery shopping, arrange a cleaner while you stay, book a babysitter known to us etc.

We're always open to a swap that co-incides with the UK school holidays. We are experienced house swappers, having successfully completed a number around the world. We're open to all locations.
