About our home
Our house is located in the heart of Notting Hill, minutes walk to the famous Portobello Antique & Food Market, the chic boutiques and cafes of Westbourne Grove and Ledbury Road. The house is located in a private and secluded Mews (small cobbled street) which is secure and fun for kids to play in. The house has been fully rebuilt and refurbished in 2007 comprising 3 floors. On the ground floor a large entrance hall with generous kids bedroom (sleeps 2), a study with sofa bed (sleeps 2) and the main bathroom with washing machine & dryer. The first floor is a large open-plan space with modern and fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and living room. The second / top floor is a large and light master bedroom with sitting area, en-suit bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. There is a decent-size balcony with large french doors that open and is ideal for al-fresco dining in the warmer months of the year.

“Swaping with Timor and Martin was great from the very first moment. Communicationwas fast and easy, and we closed the swap in less than a week. They are experienced swapers and very nice. We meet them at the airport when we arrived to London.
The house is big, clean ,confortable and in a great location. We could shop in the street market, one minute from home, have dinner in the nice little restaurants also one minute from the house. Our kids didn't want to leave.
They took great care of our house.
We hope to exchange with them in the future, as we love London and we had great days at their house. and we absolutely recommend a swap with them.
Thanks a lot Timor and Martin!!!

“We had the most wonderful trip to London and adored staying at Timor's stunning house. They were extremely welcoming and friendly, we couldn't have asked for more on our first house swap. Thank you!”

“Since the first conversation with Timor, we connected and I felt very confident with her. She and her family was very warm with us. We made a non simultaneous swap. First, we travelled to London in august of 2013 and then, they travelled to Madrid in easter week of 2014. When we arrive, quickly we loved her home. Beautiful decoration, comfortable and very quiet. The house is a reflection of the sensitivity of their owners. We really felt like we were their guests, and in our own house.
It was the first time for both (Timor and us), that we swapped our houses.
It was a very enriching experience for us. Timor was very pending of us and help with our needs. Definitively, 10 points in all senses. I think that we will be in contact in the future. Nice house, and nice good family.”
