About our home

Our home was completely refurbished in 2010 and is in a relaxed but cool area of South East London. A ten-minute walk to the train gives you access to the big shopping areas and the theatres etc. within fifteen/twenty-minutes. The street is quiet and tree lined with lots of families and young couples. The New Cross Gate area is very arty and trendy, with Goldsmith's University (attended by Damien Hurst) nearby, lots of artist studios, farmers' markets, organic cafes, late-night bars and pubs and shops.

The master bedroom is at the front of the house and each of the other two bedrooms have a double bed (one fold out). The living area is open-plan with space for eight to have dinner and a lovely airy lounge with a flat screen TV with a large range of channels. The whole house has Wi-Fi. The garden is very pretty and comfortable. There is a gas and a charcoal barbecue, a teak table and matching chairs. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking equipment and is used by an experienced cook on a regular basis.
