About our home

The secluded duplex apartment was converted six years ago from one of the buildings forming The German Hospital complex which was originally built in the mid 19th Century and is where Florence Nightingale trained as a young nurse.

The common areas and the apartment retain some fantastic features from the building's former days.

A 5 mins walk from the new tube connection, buses straight into Islington and The West End from right outside and a 10 minute walk to the open spaces of London Fields and the bustle of Broadway Market. A slightly longer stroll will take you to Columbia Road flower market, Shoreditch and Spitalfields (or get there within 10 mins by bus or tube)

And, of course, you have all the bars, clubs and restaurants that have sprung up in this part of town over the last few years (none within hearing distance though!)
