About our home

Our fourth floor Clerkenwell apartment is beautiful and light-filled, with views of St. Paul's cathedral. It's safe, quiet and perfectly located.

We're a couple with a young child so the two bedrooms are laid out as a master bedroom and child's bedroom, with cot. However the space is flexible - there's a double bed that can be used in the child's room plus a fold down double bed in the outside studio. The flat is about 100 square metres plus a newly created sun terrace of another 80 square metres, including a self-contained studio/third bedroom. The main part of the apartment is given over to a large, open plan living space with a three metre dining table, sofa, and mid-century furniture. Timber and natural stone floors.

All the regular mod cons, range cooker, microwave, wifi, two spacious bathrooms - one ensuite with walk-in double shower and the other with full size bath tub with shower above.

The apartment was built in 2008 so in great condition. Secure, gated development with a concierge on duty during the week.

You're within 10 minutes bus ride to the west end or twenty minutes walk. Both Barbican and Farringdon tube stations are five minutes walk away. There are at least twenty top class restaurants within 100 metres. There's lots to do on our doorstep - art, dance, cinema, eating and drinking yet when you shut the door it's quiet, restful and looking over the gardens of the medieval medical school of Charterhouse.
