“Nick's flat has a perfect location for touring London, close to the tube, many bus lines and even a boat-stop! Supermarket, bars and restaurants within the condo as well. The flat is equipped with everything you may need for the stay. Comunications with Nick's daughter with whom we exchanged was fluid. We had a very nice vacation there. Highly recommended! ”

About our home
Our apartment is in the complex known as St. George Wharf, Vauxhall, London, SW8. The apartment has wonderful views of the MI6 building, the River Thames and Houses of Parliament. Small balcony. Modern kitchen with all appliances. The living area has a flat screen TV and Broadband Internet. The master bedroom has zip lock beds so can be either a super king or two single beds. Second bedroom is a kingsize. The master bedroom has a newly refurbished ensuite the other with a separate bathroom, also newly refurbished. 24 hour security and concierge.
The development is a number of blocks and a series of landscaped courtyards and fountains along the rivers edge.

We are both now 60 and enjoy travel throughout the world which over the years we have done extensively to many exciting venues.
We are keen to stay in Manly in Sydney for Christmas 2013, a location we know and love as we lived in Sydney over thirty years ago.
We are also very much open to other ideas in 2013 in particular Madrid, Barcelona and Rome.
The exchange does not have to be simultaneous as this is a second home. We live in Somerset in the beautiful Mendip Hills.
We are quite house proud and would like to look after your home as if it was our own.

St. George Wharf situated with a river frontage, and its own ferry wharf, adjacent to Vauxhall Bridge has impressive transport links. Adjacent to Vauxhall London Underground (Victoria Line) the Mainline train services and Bus station. Victoria, Green Park and Oxford Circus are within 10 minutes.
Within easy access to London's West End whether by car, train bus or foot along the riverside walkways to the London Eye or Westminster. Opposite is the Tate Britain with a ferry terminal to the Tate Modern and the Millennium Bridge across the Thames to St. Pauls.
Within St George Wharf are a Pret A Manger, a pharmacy, a few restaurants, Gym, Medical Centre, Tesco Express and also The Riverside, a Youngs Pub and restaurant.
