About our home

Our stunning family home has been completely renovated over the past 2 years.

Downstairs there is a brand new very spacious (60m2) open plan kitchen / dining and 'snug' area which opens onto our sunny garden. Our living room boasts high ceilings with double doors opening into a play area for kids.

Upstairs we have 4 double bedrooms, two are childrens bedrooms one has a single bed and one has lovely Bunk beds. The master bedroom is big and bright with a king size bed.

We have additional mattresses and air beds available if the configuration doesn’t sound quite right for you.

The main bathroom has a huge bath and walk in shower, and was refurbished this year.

The final bedroom is in our new loft conversion has a large bedroom / study area with en suite bathroom with a big walk in shower.

Our Garden has a brick BBQ and a play / summer house. We have off road parking at the front of the house.

East Dulwich is in Zone 2 of London, and home to the world famous lordship lane. It is the perfect balance of leafy and trendy. A family friendly area right on the edge of all of the action of the city, a perfect base to explore London whilst being able to escape and enjoy the relative peace of East Dulwich. We have the beautiful Peckham Rye and Dulwich Parks a short walk away and at the end of the road a fabulous playground. The area boasts an abundance of excellent boutique shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, whilst Dulwich Village and Dulwich woods are within walking distance. For something super trendy look up Franks Bar in Peckham Rye which is ten minutes walk away.

There are fantastic public transport links with zone 2 rail stations at East Dulwich (15 minutes to London Bridge), Peckham Rye (London Overland to Canada Water) and Denmark Hill (only 10 minutes to London Victoria and direct services to Blackfriars and St Pancras International) all stations easy to get to by walking or a short bus ride. Numerous bus routes are available and can take you direct to Tottenham Court Road, Waterloo, Oxford Street.
If public transport is not your thing then a taxi ride costing around £20 will get you into central London.

If you are into sports and want to go to a football match whilst you are in town there is a small local football team - Dulwich Hamlets and Gavin is a season ticket holder at Arsenal Football club, we could potentially arrange tickets for (with plenty of notice).

If you fancy getting out of London to see some of the lovely countryside and coast. Kent and the South coast are easily accessible via train or by car.

We are open to all offers but really keen on long weekends in Europe, UK and Who knows where else!

We also love summer holidays in Menorca / other (Spanish) sunny islands.
