About our home

Our architect-designed townhouse in the heart of "Little Venice" in central London was totally rebuilt within its historic shell and now provides a fabulous, quiet and welcoming space for living and entertaining.

Laid out over four floors the house has a generous and flexible open layout. The rooms are well appointed and full of natural light. It is furnished with some great twentieth century and contemporary furniture and showcases our art and photography collection.

The top floor is the master bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. Below this are two linked rooms which are currently a bedroom and a large art studio which share a bathroom off the landing where there is also a separate guest WC. The raised ground is a large living room with a working gas fireplace and a formal dining area. The lower ground a large kitchen/dining/living room featuring a and fully equipped chef's kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers, built-in Miele/Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and separate fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. At the rear this leads out onto the small paved garden and at the front is a further bedroom (currently used as an office) with its own bathroom. Our home is great for teenage children or for infants but is not really laid out for young children. Sorry but no pets, nor can we look after your pets.

Little Venice is a delightful peaceful tree-lined residential neighbourhood conveniently located between Notting Hill and Regent's Park. We love the charming village feel of the area with it's system of small canals and houseboats, local cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the renowned Victorian pubs nearby. You can easily walk or cycle along the canal or take a boat ride to Regent's Park and the Zoo!

Our home is 3 minutes from the underground tube station (Warwick Avenue on the Bakerloo line) and takes just 10 minutes to Bond Street or Piccadilly Circus and is super convenient for connections with Heathrow airport with Paddington station nearby.

We are a couple based in London and Paris, I am an investor and arts philanthropist and my partner is a visual artist and filmmaker.

We are looking for shares of at least 2 weeks or longer. Ideally we can make our house available over the summer in exchange for somewhere hot by the beach for the winter although we are flexible and have a passion for travel. Swaps with New York or other major cities are also of interest. We can do simultaneous or non-simultaneous swaps but we are not looking to swap our home for points for the moment.

We would love to swap and share our home with you.
