About our home

A short walk from selection of shops and the underground station of
Bounds Green, Piccadilly line.

Entering the front of this delightful Victorian property is via a front garden.

The entrance has a front main door, a hallway, and then a separate door leading into the flat.
From the hallway, the lounge is entered, followed by another separate room, which turns into a bedroom at night with a double sofabed double bed size.
An inner hallway leads to the toilet/washroom, then into a lower room which serves as another lounge/TV room/library and again a bedroom at night with a luxury 'Heales' double sofa bed.
Finally the kitchen which has a bathroom to the side housing a shower, and wash basin.
Kitchen is fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave-grill combi and fridge.
The backdoor to the garden leads from the rear of the kitchen.

The rear garden is South facing and ideal for sun bathing, its secluded and has other Victorian gardens backing onto it, it is surrounded by lovely trees and is very private and quiet.

The location is convenient for buses tubes and main access via road links as the North Circular Road is nearby.(A406).

Nearby is Alexandra Palace, famous for the start of broadcasting where the first broadcast was made in 1933 by the BBC. The building is stunning and has been renovated, it was built for the great exibition by Queen Victoria, and is surrounded by lovely park areas.
There are the best views across London from there as its very high up!

A 15 minute drive away takes you to Epping Forest, going West-Hampstead, Highgate and Hampstead Heath.
