About our home

Our house is located in Crouch End, a Bohemian area of North London. It is set over three floors. With one master bedroom with a King Size bed and a nursery room with a cot. We have a blow up double bed that can be put in this room if desired. There is a Balcony leading out from the reading room with steps leading down to a lovely back garden with decking and grass with Barbecue and hammock. The house is nicely decorated throughout.

The house has a modern fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and tumble dryer), dinning room, reading room and a comfortable living room with flatscreen LCD and Sky TV. We have a laptop computer connected to broadband if needed.

A car can be included in the exchange if desired. We have an old 2009 Volkswagen TSI Automatic .

London is a fantastic place to visit, packed full to the brim with history, art and culture old and new.

Our house is 20 minutes from the centre of London in the fashionable village of Crouch End. Crouch End is a vibrant little village with supermarkets, coffee shops, designer boutiques and vibrant pubs and bars.

Our house is a 15 minute walk away, or an 8 minute bus journey from the nearest Underground station (Finsbury Park). At Finsbury Park you can take either the Victoria or Piccadilly lines into Central London (15 minutes to Oxford Circus/Covent Garden). Or you can drive and park at many of the Car Parks. There are also overground trains servicing Finsbury Park if you should wish to go to East London (15 mins to Old Street).

Or you can take the 10 minute bus ride to Archway Station on the Northern line. This will take you to Waterloo in 25 minutes

We have many green spaces, including the picturesque Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Regents Park all within easy reach.

We both work in TV and Film production and we have a 2 year old son.
