About our home

***Looking to swap in San Francisco and Bay Area Sept to Dec 2018***
Our historic house was re-furbed with a modern touch in 2009 to create a cozy and beautiful home. There is approx 130m2 living space over 3 levels with a terraced garden. Ideal for a couple or small family.
The location is not super central but charming - gives the best of both worlds in London: safety & beautiful open spaces, but also convenience for the big city. 5 minutes walk away are Highgate village, with its renowned cemetery, gastro-pubs, celebrity hang-outs and the wilds of Hampstead heath. The Tube - which takes you to the West End or King's Cross / St Pancras in under half an hour - is 7 mins walk.
The ground floor of the house is made up of a small entrance hall, which leads into an open-plan living / dining / kitchen area with wood floorboards and fireplace. The living room is in a modern glass extension with great views of the terraced garden.
The first floor has a double bedroom to the front (NB rather busy street) and a single bedroom and bathroom to the rear.
The top floor has another double bedroom with ensuite overlooking the garden, and an office to the front.
