About our home

We are looking to swap in July / August somewhere in Europe by the beach and for Thanksgiving week in NYC. Open for Xmas swap in Miami / LA / Caribbean.
Our outstanding three bedroomed Georgian townhouse is arranged over four floors offers stylish living space featuring large private garden to the rear, spacious gym and sauna.

The property comprises two spacious reception rooms, large contemporary kitchen opening onto well proportioned dining room, large master bedroom (with en suite shower room, dressing room and study), two further well proportioned bedrooms, bathroom, gym with fitted wardrobes, shower room with sauna, two guest cloakrooms and large garden with elegant water feature.

Aberdeen Place is a smart residential street which offers a superb location close to the shops and amenities of Little Venice and St. John's Wood while further benefiting from its close proximity to Lord's Cricket Ground and Regent's Park. The house is 30 seconds from Regents Canal, perfect for jogging, cycling or walking to Regents Park / Primrose Hill.

Surrounded by quite streets moments from the house are lovely places to eat, drink and people watch. St John's Wood high street is 5 minutes walk and offers many fashionable bars, shops and restaurants. Regent park (in our opinion the most beautiful park in London) is about 5 minutes walk along the canal. The canal is beautiful and off the beaten track of many tourists (there is a good reason this area is called Little Venice). West End, Marlybone Village, Soho are all within 10 minutes taxi ride. There are two communal rental bike places within 300 yards from the house.
