We are open to longer trips elsewhere from May - September (summer) 2019.

Our modern and spacious flat is located on the 2nd floor in a friendly block of flats. It was completed in 2014, and is located in a peaceful but vibrant neighbourhood in central London. We know the majority of our neighbours as we all moved in at the same time and they are mainly small families and couples.

Great transport links (2 x tube stations, overground and buses) within a few mins walk. Direct trains to Gatwick, City or Luton.
Nearest tube: Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo line), Borough (Northern line) - approx 5-10 mins walk or London Bridge (Jubilee & Northern line) - 15 mins walk
Nearest mainline rail: Elephant & Castle or London Bridge. Also nearby London Waterloo & London Blackfriars
2 large, similar size bedrooms - one king size, one double bed - and large open plan reception rooms so it's great for a couple or a family of 3/4.
Unfortunately our flat is not by default ‘child friendly’ as we have larger, fragile items in our flat that cannot be stored away. We suggest babies or 5/6yrs+ only.
A large bathroom with a modern suite including a shower, bath and a large mirror.
A lounge with a large 62" HD SmartTV and surround sound system and a large corner sofa and pouffe, which can feasibly be turned into a further double bed size sleeping area for short-term stays (it's however not a sofa bed).
A well equipped large kitchen and dining room with seating space for up to 8. Our kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, electric hob and fan over and dishwasher. We do not have a microwave.
A lounge and kitchen/dining room with doors leading onto large balconies, both with seating - one outdoor sofa on one side and a table and bench seating for 6 on the other side.
The area in more detail...
It is located between the vibrant and contrasting areas of Borough, Bermondsey and Elephant & Castle, as well as close to London Bridge, Waterloo and The Southbank of course the famous Tower Bridge - so you get it all!
Less than a mile to the renowned Borough Market (Wed-Sat) food market, as well as Maltby Street Market and Bermondsey Street - you'll find high quality produce and tasty street food, galleries, independent shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and an antiques market all within a 10-15 min walk.
Jump on a bus to Waterloo and in 10-15 mins you will be on the London Eye or outside The House's of Parliament, exploring the Southbank or Tate Modern.
On street parking is available close to our flat but for mid-week stays residents visitor permits need to be arranged in advance (number plate required) and incur a additional cost (£6 per day) so please advise us of this in advance so we can accommodate.
We also live in the London congestion zone so tolls are applicable per day Mon- Fri when driving (not if only parked) during this time. See www.tfl.gov.uk got more info.
