About our home

Our semi-detached, charming Edwardian family home is in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to central London's theatres and prime tourist attractions. The neighbourhood is friendly and has a real English community feel. We have an enclosed sunny back garden with a small patio for dining outside on long summer evenings. There are many local parks and cafes, an ancient woodland, and scenic views from the top of nearby Alexandra Palace. The house is a great base for exploring London, including the 2012 Olympics or even travelling to other European destinations. It is only a ten minute walk from Crouch End with its stylish shops, restauarants and village atmosphere. A 15 minute drive away is upmarket Hampstead, including the famous Kenwood House where Julia Roberts was filmed with Hugh Grant in the comedy Notting Hill. From Hampstead Heath there are magnificent views of central London with its famous landmarks including St Pauls, the London Eye, the Gherkin and the River Thames.
