About our home

Primrose Hill is an urban retreat for many writers, actors, musicians and artists. It serves as a grown-up counterpart to uber-cool Camden, just five minutes walk across the Regent's Canal. Surrounded by parks, it has an air of French country village while being just thirty minutes' walk from buzzing Soho, chic Marylebone and London's famous West End theatre life. Whether you want to experience the thrills of one of the world's most beautiful and exciting cities, or chill out in a bohemian village atmosphere, Primrose Hill offers everything.

The maisonette is the upper two floors of a Victorian end-of-terrace house, with its own entrance. The first floor consists of a well-proportioned kitchen and dining area with large windows overlooking back gardens. The star of the property is a spacious, well-furnished drawing room with 16 foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. A small lavatory completes this floor. Upstairs, the two double-bedrooms feature full en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has French doors opening up onto a small, but well-appointed terrace, while the second bedroom has windows on two sides which bathe it in natural light.

A small, friendly local pub across the street adds to the sense of community life in the area, but this does not interfere with the night-time quiet, which would not encourage the belief that you are in the middle of a city!
