About our home

Fabulous period 3 floor terrace house, built in 1860, recently refurbished in trendy Stoke Newington. It is on a quiet road but five mins walk from shops, cafes, park, leisure centre etc..
It has a large open plan living room/dinning room. Separate living room and study. Large bathroom with walk in shower, two sinks & bath.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms - a super king size bed, king size bed, and two doubles. The bedrooms are light and airy. There is a bathroom on every floor. Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is high speed wifi; 42inch television with Virgin TV & plenty of books, eight seater dining table.
Patio Garden.
Can also do a car swap for a new 5 seater Volkswagen Tiguan.
Our home is in trendy Stoke Newington (N16). 5 mins walk to the cafes and bars of Church Street, 2 minutes from Clissold Park and 15 mins to Arsenal tube (Piccadilly line) perfect for exploring the coolest parts of London and venturing into central London in less than half an hour. 1 min from bus stop which take a few minutes to get to Angel and 30 minutes to central London. Or take a bus (5 mins) to Manor Park (Piccadilly line). 15 mins walk to Canonbury train station which will bring you to Chelsea, Hampstead Heath, Camden, Stratford etc…
Close to many shopping districts, markets as well as the very trendy and arty areas of Broadway Market, Shoreditch, Stoke Newington Church street and Angel. There are plenty of lovely restaurants around or supermarkets that we would be happy to advise you of. 1 minute walk from health shop and 10 mins walk from Fresh and Wild.
2.4 miles further down the road is Shoreditch, famous for its street art, galleries, music scene and vintage shops. Filled with cool bars, clubs, and restaurants, two famous markets (Brick Lane Sunday Market & Spitalfields Market). And many, many galleries.
