About our home

Our beautiful family home has been completely renovated over the last five years, the most recent addition being the loft conversion with en suite shower room. and floor to ceiling glass doors that fold back the width of the room to look out onto the park behind the house. The huge ground floor open plan living/dining area with kitchen leads directly out into the garden via concertina glass doors the width of the house. In summer, with the doors open, the garden becomes an extension of the whole space, an enormous area for children to play in. Upstairs, there is a utility room, WC, a study for those who need to do a bit of work, and a separate TV/grown-ups room with wired-in surround sound. Upstairs, there is a huge double bedroom and family bathroom with large bath and walk-in shower. Next floor has a double bedroom and kids' room with bunk beds and a double fold out futon bed. Lastly, up to the amazing views in the loft! The house is in Tufnell Park, a short stroll from Hampstead Heath and five minutes from Tufnell Park tube station on the Northern Line. There are great local shops just around the corner and numerous gastropubs to choose from for lunch, dinner, or just lazing around. The house itself is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and backs onto Tufnell Park Playing Fields, a great open space for the kids to run around in. We've been here ten years and love it!
