About our home

Our home is a handsome late Victorian house on three floors, retaining many original features, giving it great character and providing an authentic London living experience. We have a traditional hall, comfortable lounge and elegant dining room. At the same time, our kitchen, utility room, walk-in shower room and music room/basement are modern and well equipped. In addition to our three double bedrooms and single bedroom, we have facilities and space to sleep more if necessary.

We are located in a much sought-after area of London called Muswell Hill - a town within a city, that got swallowed up when London expanded 100 years ago. Shops, restaurants, pubs and even a cinema are all here. It's on a hill with great views, we have beautiful woods just at the top of the road, and yet one can be in Leicester Square/Soho in 30 minutes. (Local buses run to the top of the road and the Northern Line tube station is a 10 minute walk away, which runs direct to the centre in just 20 minutes). Despite the great connections, the street itself is very quiet. American visitors may be surprised to know that Muswell Hill living does not require a car - in fact owning one is something of a pain!

We have two beautiful Burmese cats who can be fed by neighbours if it doesn't suit you to look after them.
