About our home

Lee & I live in our Relaxing Victorian London Flat and it has been renovated with love.

WE HAVE........
-2 Bedrooms with double beds.
-3 Gardens - I call one of them the secret garden that is only accessed through the 2nd Bedroom. The front garden is a work in progress. The back garden is a private space with a BBQ. Great for entertaining.
- Bathroom with roll top bath and shower
- Original wooden floors. So child friendly for spillages etc.

- The Perfect Base for London sightseeing with the benefits of a local neighbourhood.
- Transport Heaven! ZONE 2. Buses are 24/7. There are 3 underground & 3 overground stations within a 10 min walk. The shopping Meccas of Bond St, Oxford St, Regent St are only 6 stops away.
- Minutes walk away from The Kiln Theatre & Cinema
- 10 mins walk from the 32 Acres of Queen's Park with 6 Tennis courts, mini golf, open air table Tennis, playground, kids little animal Zoo.

More about us

  1. I'm a Photographer and my partner Lee owns an IT company. In January 2018 we opened up a Coffee Bar called Fade to Black in West London with a 2nd opening in St. Albans, Hertforshire in early 2019. We live with our Minature Schnoodle Boo (non malting & Hypoallergenic).

  2. We love our yearly swaps to New York to visit my Sister. We also love weekends away in the UK and wherever the swapping world takes us.

  3. We love Art and have some interesting pieces around the flat.

Where is it?


Buzzy restaurants
Cool bars
The Alice House Bar for drinks & bar snacks. The North London Tavern is an amazing old London pub with intricate high ceilings.
Cozy cafés
Salusbury Food Store just oozes cool. The deli and Pizza's are pretty good too. Milk Beach is new and also doubles as a wine bar in the Evening. Great for breakfasts.
Retail therapy
There are shops open 24 hours so you'll never be caught short of milk etc. There is a great Farmers market every Sunday less than 10 mins walk away.
Bit of culture
The Kiln Theatre and Cinema is a hop skip and a jump away. They have great independent films as well as the blockbusters. The theatre is always cool with new plays shown before they go to the West End.
Walks in the park
Queen's Park, Primrose Hill, Regents Park, Hampstead Heath & Hyde Park
Spot of exercise
Head to Hampstead Heath which is the biggest open land in London with the best views on Parliment Hill for a run.
Day tripping
Richmond is 30 mins on the train for a walk in Richmond Park with the Deer and a walk along the River. St Albans is 21 mins on the train for a visit to the Abbey and a peek at a great old English Town. Brighton is an hour on the train and a fun traditional seaside Town with cool bars and restaurants.
