About our home

Our home is in a very quiet street in the friendly and well-connected suburb of Nunhead. We've got, within 5 minutes walk, an independent fishmongers, greengrocers, deli/coffee shop, florist and local pub that does great food, music and comedy. Once you want to return to the hustle and bustle of the city, we have two stations within 10 minutes walk, which have direct trains to London Bridge (5 min journey), Victoria (15 min journey) and St Pancras (25 min journey). You can get connections from these three stations to pretty much anywhere in the the south-east of England. Peckham Rye Park is a 10 minute walk, and has lovely flower gardens, lake and cafe.

Our house has three bedrooms:
1 master bedroom with double four-poster bed.
1 nursery, with cot-bed for an infant 6 months+.
1 bedroom with a sofa that extends into a double bed.

We completely refurbished our kitchen and bathroom in 2012 to a high spec. The kitchen has a double oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as Cable TV and a music system (iPhone controlled - hooked up to Spotify, internet radio and my 1Tb+ music collection!). The bathroom has a roll-top bath, large shower cubicle, and access to the same music system.

The house has cable TV, access to a Netflix account, Bluray player and 60Mbps broadband.
