About our home

Semi detached home in a popular but quiet suburb of Manchester. Lovely neighbours with a large garden that feels the sun all day long.
Our home is specifically designed so that you feel relaxed and at peace, many people comment on how well they feel and sleep whilst here, all three beds are extremely comfortable.
Our kitchen is designed for some serious cooking so this is definitely a home you can spend hours in the kitchen in (if you need).
Our lounge is informally relaxed, with moveable large floor cushions so it can cater for any time type of family and people to sit in a circle or relax and watch the TV.

Neighbourhood

We live in a quiet suberb of Manchester City. When we moved here, neighbours actually came to greet us, which was the first we have ever expericenced. We love it here, our neighbours on either side are lovely and good friends. We all look after each other, wave, say hello. There are enough places walking distance for food, goods, vegetables, etc.
There is a bus stop 1 minute away that takes you right into Manchester in 30 minutes and a train station 8 minutes away that takes you direct into Manchester or Liverpool.
There are a few parks nearby you can walk to also.

Buzzy restaurants
Walk into east didsbury for a huge array (or to Parrs Wood for an entertainment complex)
Cool bars
If you want lots of bars go to Didsbury village. If you want the best nicest bars go to west didsbury near The Met.
Cozy cafés
I'd go into Didsbury village for nice cafe's, my favourite is either expo lounge or the one across the road whos name i forget, but there are plenty there.
Retail therapy
Trafford centre or the city centre is the best for full on retail. If you want independant outlets then go to West or Didsbury Village
Bit of culture
Definately West Didsbury or Chorlton
Walks in the park
Near us is Cringle Park, Fog Lane park or a few minutes drive away is fletcher moss nature reserve
Spot of exercise
There is a paid gym at Parrs Wood complex and there is an outdoor gym 10 minute walk from us
Day tripping
Depends what you like of course, this is Manchester after all, Trafford Park has retail, snowboarding, skydiving, golf, laser quest and cinemas, 20 minutes in the other direction you have the yorkshire dales and moors for walking, loads of walking near us.
