About our home

Beautiful converted stables in the heart of the South Downs National Park within easy reach of the sea, Lewes, London and Brighton. Walk to Monk's House (former home of Virginia Woolf) and have lunch in the friendly local pub, explore Lewes with its large array of independent boutiques and antique shops or hop on the train to London (1hour and 10 mins). Relax in our sunny garden while the kids play on the trampoline. Walk on the South Downs (accessible from the house up a track), swim in the sea or the outdoor pool in Lewes (both 15 mins by car). It is also easy to arrange horseriding, paragliding, and to rent bikes although we have also have 2 adult and 3 kids bikes you can use. We are 30 mins drive from the well known seaside towns of Brighton and Eastbourne, the wonderful cliffs at Beachy Head and an award winning zoo.
We have a cleaner and can arrange extra cleaning if required. We also have 2 automatic cars.
