About our home

Our cool, well appointed top floor flat in a recently converted 1950s factory has wonderful views from its huge windows of the skyline of Norwich, including its cathedral and castle. It is 10 minutes walk from the mainline station, and 20 minutes walk from the city centre. 5 minutes walk away is a supermarket and a variety of shops, bars and cinema.
The flat has a balcony bedroom, with a new king- size bed, a 23 ft living space with new, well equipped kitchen and large dining and sitting areas. There is a further small tv room with freeview and dvd player. There is an upstairs cloakroom and a bathroom with full size bath with shower. There is no elevator, so you have to be able to manage 2 flights of stairs.
There are 2 bicycles with helmets available. It is a no smoking home.
