Our 5th floor apartment in The Arena is about 12 years old, light & airy, with a first class concierge service, just minutes walk from high end and famous chain stores, the best restaurants in the city and theatres, museums and galleries. Our son lives locally and would be on hand in the event of queries or to offer help and/or advice. Not our primary home, we can be very flexible about dates we offer this apartment
Our home has a large open plan living area with balcony, two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and a secure under-ground garage. . The smaller bedroom is furnished as a sitting room (sofabed) with a lovely balcony overlooking historic buildings of this conservation area.
Nottingham is a short drive through beautiful countryside to the famous Peak District National Park for hiking, walking and sight-seeing. It boasts an award-winning public transport system.
East Midlands Airport is 40 minutes away, offering numerous flights all over Europe, many with successful budget airlines. Birmingham International Airport and London are easily accessible by train from Nottingham city centre, the train station is 2 tram stops or a 15 minute walk away.
This is not our primary home so we are hugely flexible about times, dates and duration of swaps.
