About our home

Our home is a modest, 3 bedroomed semi-detached, warm and cosy family home. We have a pleasant lounge-diner with open gas fire and a piano. It is centrally heated and recently tastefully decorated. We have SKY TV and wireless internet access. There is a study area downstairs.

There are 2 good sized bedrooms: One for adults and the other accommodating up to two children/teenagers. The 3rd bedroom is a nursery room for baby or toddler with a cot/bed.

Outdoors there is a patio area with garden furniture and gas barbecue included in the pleasant average sized garden with grass area and paved walkway.

Situated on a quiet estate - close to transport links by rail and bus. Close to the town centre and ideally situated to explore places of interest such as Stratford-Upon Avon and large stately homes in the vicinity. Large supermarkets are close by with 24 hour shopping available and for convenience - a corner shop on our road selling everything from papers to pampers.

There is a local park with a play area for children. The cinema is a short drive away and we are close to several family friendly dining places - some with indoor and outdoor play areas for children. Drayton Manor is a 40 min drive away. Lots of places to dine out with children and without. The Local Leisure centres also provide activities for kids.

Birmingham is the nearest large city with great shopping experiences to be had i.e. Bull Ring Shopping Centre - also houses the NEC and NIA. Coventry is on the doorstep housing the new Richo Arena shopping complex.
