A beautiful, large home located in an idyllic, countryside hamlet. Exceptional views in a remote location and yet a short drive to Shakespeare’s riverside town of Stratford-upon-Avon and historic Warwick, if you wanted to venture out. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the English countryside with limitless walks and cycle rides from your front door. There are paths and bridleways to explore, the canal on which to kayak and the river nearby to enjoy. Alternatively, sit back on the south facing terrace and soak up the birdsong and natural world that surrounds you.
A tastefully decorated home with a cosy log burner in the sitting room and country kitchen with a large, farmhouse kitchen table and oak worktops. A second family dining table and bbq on the south facing terrace allows for alfresco dining while enjoying the surrounding countryside. Wonderful views from bedrooms. Modern, family bathroom with jacuzzi-feature bath and power showers in both family bathroom and ensuite. Vast array of adult and children’s books, games, adult and children’s bicycles for exploring the rural area, table-tennis and table-football available in the double garage, also a trampoline and football goal in the back garden. Smart TV, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, DVD/Bluray, Fibre Broadband Wifi, Wii, XBox. We have two gorgeous cats that eat and sleep in the laundry room and won't come into the main house if you don't want them to. Our lovely neighbour is always happy to pop round to feed them if you are happier with that arrangement than feeding them yourselves.
