Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, HardwicK Hall and Bolsover Castle are all within a half hours drive away and the famous Blue John Caves of Castleton are only 5 minutes down the road. The famous Plague Village of Eyam, is 10 minuets drive away and the historic market town of Bakewell a further 10 minuets drive away.

Approx 1 hour to Alton Tower Theme Park and Sherwood Forest home of Robin Hood.

Perfect countryside for all outdoor activities, Hill Walking, Mountain Biking and Climbing abound in the area. During Spring and Summer there is a Public Outdoor Swimming Pool/Lido only 5 minutes away

There are 4 Public Houses in the village all of which serve food, and there are many other eating establishments and Public Houses in the surrounding villages.

We have just turned forty and we have one son who is 10 years old. I work full time as an account manager and my partner is a Builder/Stone Mason. We enjoy camping and the outdoors, watching films and listening to music and all kinds. We have traveled in the UK, Europe and the Caribbean.

When on holiday we love nothing better that a day at the beach, Swimming, Diving and Surfing. We are all quanlified PADI divers.
