About our home
Lovely fishermans cottage in the beautiful village of Pittenweem in Fife.
Downstairs are living room, dining room and kitchen, upstairs a double bedroom, twin bedroom and smaller room with bunk beds. One bathroom. Simple and tastefully furnished. We have wifi but it can be fairly slow so I wouldn't recommend it for work.
Outside we have a courtyard garden with stairs up to a larger garden with seating. The garden can also be accessed from the double bedroom.
Pittenweem is beautiful village with working harbour, beach, sea pool, park for kids, baker, small store, cafés, pub and some art galleries. Also famous for the annual Pittenweem Arts Festival. 15 minutes drive from St Andrews, famous for its world class golf courses. 1 hour from Edinburgh. 2 hours from Glasgow Airport.
Equipped for kids

“This is a lovely property in a beautiful seaside town. We have stayed twice and the second time was just as enjoyable as the first. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped and there is plenty of space - even a private garden at the rear of the property. Eilidh made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed our time there. We highly recommend a stay here. Simone and Steve”

“We had a fabulous time in Pittenweem. The cottage is charming, the setting lovely and the facilities top notch. Ultra cosy and comfortable. Thank-you so much for a lovely stay.”

“This is a pretty holiday cottage in a fantastic location only 60 seconds from the sea. Pittenweem is picture-perfect and we had a great meal at the pub/restaurant just along the harbour front as well as to-die-for hot chocolates and cakes at the chocolate cafe up in the village centre. We really enjoyed visiting St Andrews and Edinburgh and doing breezy sea front walks.”

“This cottage is an absolute gem in one of the nicest towns in what must be one of the most scenic coasts in Scotland. The Cottage itself is very large and comfortable and has a great garden. All 3 bedrooms are nicely decorated as are the kitchen lounge and dining room.
Its location is perfect right next to the historic harbour and close to one of the towns local pubs and restaurants. Great coastal walks right on your doorstep and its only a short drive to some of the other popular small towns and villages in this part of Fife. It really is a perfect location.
All in all a great holiday cottage which we cant recommend highly enough.
Steve and Simone”
