About our home

Beautiful contemporary open-plan family home in lovely Surrey town within easy each of London, the south coast and major airports.

Our house has 4 bedrooms with large en-suite bathroom in master bedroom which features a 7 foot 'emperor' size bed. Guest bedroom and 2 further bedrooms can be configured with cots / toddler beds or double beds to suit. The main living area has a large comfortable lounge, and opens into the adjoining dining room (the dining table sits 8 comfortably). Our fabulous kitchen has a huge 4 metre long work island and is fully equipped with integrated appliances. The kitchen is orientated to make the most of the open-plan style of the house which means that you can chat to your family and friends in other parts of the house while cooking! Weekly cleaning, separate utility (washing machine, tumble dryer, sink), study, large flat screen TV, high speed internet, driveway for off-street parking and private garden. Range of cycles (town, folding, racing, electric) available to use.

Reigate is a lovely town at the foot of the beautiful North Downs hills (which offers some fantastic walks and cycle trails and breathtaking views over 3 counties). It's an historic town that was even mentioned in the Domesday Book (1089) and archaeological remains dating back to AD 92 have been found here. The town centre is within easy walking distance of our house and has many shops, boutiques, cafe's and restaurants to keep you entertained. Our large local park is a wonderful mix of woods, nature trails, a lake, museum, excellent cafe (that serves the best hot-chocolate and Swiss ice cream!) and a fabulous children's playground. The historic market town of Dorking with many antique shops and boutiques is a short distance away and Central London is a 30 minute train ride away - infact many people in Reigate travel to London each day to work. A trip to Brighton beach and the South East coast is a very scenic 45 minute drive. If you fancy a trip to France, the Channel Tunnel is about 1 hour away with trains to Paris and beyond. If you want to go further afield then London Gatwick airport is only a 15 minute drive away and London Heathrow is about 45 mins away. Our neighbourhood is very friendly and welcoming.

We absolutely love Reigate and think this area has it all; a fabulous town, stunning scenery, close to London and the South Coast, close to the UK's 2 major airports and great road and rail links.
