Our cleaner will come at the beginning and the end of your stay which will be free if you are offering the same otherwise we can come to an arrangement for cleaning costs - if you would like her to come during your stay please let us know and we'll try to arrange it for you. We would consider swapping cars (if practical) and if it was a direct swap (not points).

Excellent transport links to London. There are 2 mainline train stations 10-15 minutes walk from our house (Mortlake and North Sheen) with regular trains into London Waterloo (taking 23 minutes) direct to the Southbank: London-eye, museums, art galleries etc. (http://www.southbanklondon.com). Richmond station also has mainline and tube line (District). The bus is at the end of our road into Richmond, Twickenham, Putney, Clapham, Hammersmith.....

There is a small playground at the end of our road, and shops, cafe's and restaurants all within 5-15 minutes walk. It's 10-15 minutes walk to Richmond Park - great for deer and wildlife spotting, cycling and walking. 25 minutes walk to the River in Richmond (10 minutes on the bus) - trips to Hampton Court, boating, paddle boarding, canoeing etc. (http://www.visitlondon.com/things-to-do/london-areas/richmond). Close to Kew Gardens (nice walk/bike ride along the river).

Heathrow airport is 29 minutes drive away. Gatwick airport is 53 minutes drive away. Both are accessible by public transport.

More about us

  1. We are a family of 4, our daughter is 13 and our son is 15. Paul is a doctor and Sarah is a teacher. We are all very respectful of other people's properties.

  2. We love the sunshine, sport climbing, skiing, canoeing/kayaking, swimming, sightseeing, hiking, exploring, lazing by the pool, movies, theatre, board games and eating out.

  3. We love the area we live in - very close to London but surrounded by parkland and close to the river Thames and central London - so much to do! We enjoy our home and we want you to relax and enjoy it too.
