About our home

Our Family home was originally the Gardener's Cottage in this Victorian Walled Garden. There are 2.5 acres of land inside the walled garden which is surrounded by beautiful mature woodland. The entire property is situated in 350 acres of landscaped parkland originally belonging to the neighbouring Rossington Hall. You are free to roam/walk/run/ride the estate via public footpaths from your doorstep. There are two quality hotels within walking distance - Rossington Hall and Mount Pleasant Hotel - which were part of the original estate.

We are situated 3 miles from the charming market town of Bawtry which was originally a 13th Century Port and 6 miles from Doncaster which has all the major shops and town centre facilities you need.

Whats nearby? Lots!

1. Doncaster railway station which will get you to London in 90 minutes.
2. Robin Airport - 5 mins away - fantastic for short breaks to Europe.
3. Major Motorways and Transport links for easy access to other parts of the UK.
4. Peak District National Park - Mountain Bike Riding and Walking on the Moors.
5. Lake District 2 hrs - England largest tourist attraction
6. Yorkshire Dales - 'Heart Beat' Territory
7. Coastal resorts like Whitby, Scarborough, Lands End, Northumberland
