About our home

A really fun, modern house, with lots of glass, opening onto a great decking area with a jacuzzi. The ground floor is open plan, with vaulted cielings in the 1st lounge, plasma screens at both ends of the house, a second lounge, open kitchen, and large dining table. The garden is perfect for BBQ's and sunbathing.

More about us

  1. You know the sort, 30 somethings, working hard, like great holidays, exploring and having a fun lifestyle! No kids yet, but engaged and making the most of the last summer or two before all that family patter. Victoria is a Ballerina with the Birmingham Royal Ballet, and I (Lee) am founder of a foodie-pub company (Peach Pubs -See the Homepage) we have a couple of great places nearby, where you will be more than looked after. Hope to hear from you soon!

Neighbourhood

Leamington Spa is a historic Spa town of Georgian design, with wide boulevards open parks, and stunning architecture, of tall grand white buildings hosting shops, cafe's and restaurants, all within walking distance. The county is Warwickshire, the heart of leafy England, where you will find Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespears home town, and home to the Royal Shakespear Company, (if you fancy a play!). Warwick (just 2 miles) boasts the best Castle in the UK, where Henry VIII used to hunt, with lots of events during the summer, from concerts to Jousting. There is a world class Golf, Country Club and Spa 5 minutes from your door - The Warwickshire (we are gym members only, but if you fancy some golf, we will see what we can do!), and the county is set with beautiful canals that make for great walks, boating, or bike riding. Oxford, and the idylic Cotswolds are right next to you, only a short train or 40 minute drive away. Access to the rest of England is easy from here (London 1 hour on train), and if you want to take a jaunt to mainland Europe while you are here, we are only 20 minutes from Birmingham International Airport. Flights to Paris take just over an hour, and the Mediterannean just 2 hours. Birmingham itself is a pretty lively city.
